1. What We Collect

We collect two types of data:

A) Off-Chain Data (Stored securely on servers)

We may collect the following:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, username

  • Authentication Data:

    • If password-based: passwords are securely hashed using industry standards (e.g. bcrypt), never stored in plaintext

    • If wallet-based: public wallet address is stored for identification — no private keys are ever stored or accessed

  • Usage Data: IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, referral sources, timestamps

  • Support Communications: Any emails or support interactions you send us

  • Analytics Data: Through optional, privacy-conscious analytics tools (e.g., Plausible, Matomo)

B) On-Chain Data (Public, Immutable, Transparent)

When you use blockchain-based features, the following may be recorded permanently on the public or permissioned INTAGIUM blockchain:

  • Wallet addresses

  • Content/file hashes

  • Digital rights metadata

  • Ownership transfers

  • Licensing, access logs, encrypted messages (metadata only)
